Kashane Mehr Kashan Charitable Institute is a non-governmental and charitable center that, with the collective effort of Kashani benefactors, aims to provide training leading to the employment of physically disabled girls and boys and their rehabilitation in the age group of 13 to 35 years and by providing free services in December. 1387 was established.
Since its establishment, this institution has been working in an old house with a traditional texture, in the Mohtsham street area of Kashan, and after two years of operation, due to the lack of educational space, a workshop has been prepared for the preparation of land in phase 2 of Naji Abad, with an area of approximately 6500 square meters. And its construction operation with the infrastructure of about 7000 meters on 7 floors has started since October 2010.
The most important goals of this institution are:
Recruiting physically disabled people (boys and girls) in the city and suburbs and improving their scientific, artistic and technical professional abilities and providing employment opportunities.
Strengthening the level of self-confidence and self-belief and the motivation of activity and creativity in them through the necessary training.
Creating individual, social, and economic self-sufficiency of the able-bodied and ensuring their honorable livelihood.
Helping in their treatment and rehabilitation with the aim of preventing the development of the disease and stability in the treatment stages.

So far, this institution has identified 250 qualified physically disabled people and currently around 100 disabled people benefit from educational, artistic, therapeutic and rehabilitation services from this institution during the week.
The services of this institution are provided to the disabled on a daily basis and in one work shift from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
This institution has conducted more than 40 classes and workshops during its several years of activity, and currently about 10 classes and workshops are active.
This institution, which after two years of operation, started its construction operations with the help of esteemed benefactors and philanthropists in phase 2 of Naji Abad, succeeded in opening the ground floor of this complex for the use of the disabled and increasing its activities and services from August 2018. opened itself to the disabled community and is currently working in a new institution that has a training space, a workshop, and the necessary amenities and adaptations.
Since last year, Kashane Mehr Institute has made every effort to turn one of the floors of the institute (minus one) with an area of 1200 square meters into a comprehensive rehabilitation center with the aim of realizing one of its most important goals, which is to provide rehabilitation and treatment for the disabled. The initial steps for obtaining the permit and the plan of the complex have been made with the presence of experts and we are ready to follow up the construction and completion stages by securing the necessary funds. Undoubtedly, the preparation and launch of the comprehensive rehabilitation center of the institution, in addition to expanding the services to the disabled community, will also be able to provide services to the general public, and the institution will also receive a small income from this.
